Dr. S. S. Razi, is the hon’ble Vice-Chancellor of ARKA JAIN University, Jharkhand. Dr. Razi is a PhD, MSc & BSc (Hons.). With 20 plus years of rich experience, He has also been ‘Acting Vice-Chancellor’, Kolhan University. He has been Ex-Registrar, Kolhan University. He has several Awards to his honour, like the ‘Young Scientist Award’ by ‘All India Hybrodiology & Pollution; ‘National Scholarship’ by Government of India; ‘Best Graduate of the year’, etc. He is the honored member of ‘New York Academy of SCience, United States of America; Indian delegate of Bangladesh Zoological Congress; Ex-member Senate, Ranchi University. He has many Research Papers published and presented in National and International Journals and Conferences.
Dr. Pompi Das Sengupta is the Program Coordinator- B.B.A. and B.A.(H) Economics, at School of Commerce and Management, ARKA JAIN University, Jharkhand. She is a Ph.D., an M.A. (Economics), B.Ed. and U.G.C. N.E.T. qualified. With more than 12 years of rich Academic experience, she has also worked in the area of Cooperative Banking . She has attended several National and International seminars, and has many research papers in journals, to her credit. She has presented Papers at many national and international conferences, wherein she had also been awarded with the best paper presenter at an International Conference. She has Chaired several Conferences as well.
Dr. Praveen Kumar Thakur is a Ph. D (Management) and M.Phil – Management. He possess the degree in Masters of Personnel Management & Industrial Relations. He is a strong administrative acumen with solid understanding of academics and carry a proactive approach to work in an academic system. He has a rich experience of 17 years in teaching, research & Administration. He has been the Convener of various Conferences/Seminars/FDP/ Workshop. He has also presented & published papers in the various referred International /National journals /Conferences /seminars. He has headed and acted as members of various Academic, Professional and Research bodies of reputed Universities of Delhi , NCR, Haryana, Himanchal Pradesh like Maharaja Agrasen University, Solan, Maharishi Markendeswar University, Mullana, Ambala, SGT University, Gurgaon, Haryana, JIMS group, Delhi etc.
Dr. Rupa Sarkar, is the Assistant Professor at the Department of English, School of Humanities, at ARKA JAIN University, Jharkhand. She is a Doctorate of Philosophy in English and has been engaged into teaching for the past eleven years. She has presented many research Papers presented in many National and International Conferences. Her areas of interest and research includes- Indian literature, African-American literature and has authored many articles and published many research papers in national and International Journals. Her specialization has been ‘Indian English writers’ for her research. She is the author of the book, ‘The Realistic Image of Indian Women.’ She believes in humanism and is involved in teaching literature passionately. Her research work interests leads to feminism, translation of literature, study of Indian culture and is open to innovative and progressive research thinking.
Dr. Manoj Kumar Pathak is an Assistant Professor, in the area of English at Dept. of English, ARKA JAIN University, Jharkhand. He is a multi-lingual poet, editor, reviewer and translator. He is a Ph.D., with his doctoral degree on the topic, ‘The Novels of Amitav Ghosh: Towards an Interpretation of Narrative Aesthetics’. His research and academic interest lies in Indian Fiction, Aesthetics of Narratives, Post-colonialism, Indian Philosophy and Literature, Nation and Nationalism in India, Youth and Education and Cultural Studies. He has a teaching experience of about 14 years. Dr. Pathak has 10 books of self-composed poetry to his credit in 6 languages. He has 12 publications in International and National journals and hundreds of poems and articles in news dailies, magazines and newsletters. He has presented 15 papers in International and National Conferences and Seminars. He has twice been invited to deliver lecture on Indian Poetry and Contemporary Indian Literature by Dhaka University, Bangladesh and Nandini Pathchakra, Dhaka, Bangladesh, an international literary forum. He is presently, engaged with translating Tagore’s Geetbitan and along with that he is compiling his 11th book of poems which would be his third anthology of Urdu Ghazal. He has also been the Editor of the International Journal of Art, Culture, Language & Literature- The Challenge, for the last 17 years. Furthermore, he has been associated with All India Radio, Jamshedpur, for the last 19 years to broadcast his self composed poems and deliver talks on literary themes.
