The International Student Cell facilitates academic coordination and provides dedicated assistance to international students before arrival, during admission, and throughout their studies at the University.

1. Submit your application online through the University’s Admission Portal. Apply online. 2. Your application and academic credentials will be evaluated for eligibility. Eligible applicants will receive a Provisional Admission Offer Letter, which is required for obtaining a Student Visa and completing other admission formalities. All international students must obtain a Student Visa endorsed for ARKA JAIN University to pursue full-time programmes. No other visa endorsement will be accepted. 3. After obtaining the confirmed Student Visa, students should plan their travel and arrive in India at least one week before the commencement of classes. 4. Students must communicate their travel itinerary and expected date of arrival via email to both the Admission Office and the International Student Cell before travelling. 5. Hostel accommodation will be available one week prior to the reporting date. Students are advised to plan their travel accordingly. 6. On the day of reporting to the University, students must submit all the required documents (as mentioned in the next column titled Documents Required) to the International Student Admissions Cell for verification and completion of admission formalities. 7. All international students are required to register on the eFRRO Portal within 14 days of their arrival in India, with guidance and assistance from the International Student Cell, as outlined under the FRRO/eFRRO Registration section. |
1. Valid Passport (all pages) with a minimum validity of six months beyond the duration of the programme. 2. Valid Student Visa (“S” Category Visa) endorsed for ARKA JAIN University. 3. Completed Application Form (Online or Offline). 4. Academic Mark Sheets/Transcripts of all years from the last qualifying examination. 5. Passing Certificate of the last qualifying examination. 6. Transfer Certificate/Migration Certificate from the last institution attended. 7. Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a registered medical practitioner. 8. HIV/AIDS Test Certificate, if required under the guidelines of the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) or Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India. 9. Proof of English Language Proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL or equivalent), if the medium of instruction in the qualifying examination was not English. 10. PIO/OCI Card (if applicable) – Self-attested copy. 11. Six Recent Passport-size Colour Photographs. 12. Proof of Fee Payment (Bank transfer receipt or other valid payment confirmation). 13. UGC Anti-Ragging Affidavit: To be filled online through the designated UGC Anti-Ragging Portal with assistance from the International Student Cell. 14. Gap Certificate (if applicable) for any break in the academic record. 15. Proof of Financial Support, including a self-declaration along with the parent/guardian’s bank statement (for self-financed students). 16. FRRO/eFRRO Registration Certificate, to be submitted within 14 days of arrival in India, as per Government of India regulations. |

To comply with the Government of India’s regulations, all international students are required to complete the following formalities: 1. Submit photocopies of all documents listed under the Documents Required section to the International Student Cell. The documents will be verified against the original copies. 2. Institution-Level Registration (One-Time): The University will complete the mandatory institutional registration by uploading Form II (formerly S Form and Form A) on the eFRRO portal. The student’s academic progress and conduct will be monitored and maintained until the completion of the programme and exit from the University. 3. Student-Level Registration: Students must complete their registration on the eFRRO Portal within 14 days of their arrival in India. All visa-related services, including registration, visa extension, and other immigration services, can be accessed through the eFRRO portal. 4. Form III (C Form) Submission: Form III (C Form) must be submitted within 24 hours of the student’s arrival at the place of stay. |

All international students at ARKA JAIN University are expected to uphold the highest standards of academic integrity, personal responsibility, and respect for the University’s values and the laws of India.
Students are required to:
- Comply with all applicable laws of India, University regulations, policies, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain valid passport, visa, FRRO/eFRRO registration, and all other immigration documents throughout their period of study.
- Uphold academic integrity by avoiding plagiarism, cheating, fabrication of information, and examination malpractice.
- Respect the dignity, culture, religion, nationality, gender, language, and beliefs of every member of the University community.
- Maintain discipline, courtesy, and responsible behaviour both on and off campus.
- Observe the University’s Anti-Ragging Policy and refrain from any form of ragging, bullying, harassment, discrimination, or intimidation.
- Protect University property and use campus facilities responsibly.
- Inform the International Student Cell of any change in residential address, contact details, academic status, health condition, passport, or visa status.
- Refrain from accepting employment, internships, or paid assignments that are not permitted under the conditions of the Student Visa or Government of India regulations.
- Avoid participation in political activities or any activity prohibited under Indian law.
- Follow hostel regulations, campus safety guidelines, and emergency procedures.
- Cooperate with University authorities and Government agencies whenever required for regulatory compliance.
Non-compliance with University regulations or Government requirements may result in disciplinary action, suspension of University privileges, cancellation of enrolment, or reporting to the appropriate statutory authorities, including FRRO/MHA, wherever applicable.
