Prof. (Dr.) Angad Tiwary is the Director-Campus and Dean-Students Welfare at ARKA JAIN University. He is a doctorate from Banaras Hindu University. He is the member of Research and Development Cell of AJU and the Chairman of DRC-Commerce & Management. With a rich experience of over 35 years as an academician and an administrator, he has held several teaching and administrative positions such as Principal, Dean-Commerce & Management, Controller of Examinations, etc.

Dr. Tiwary has published many research papers in national and international journals and has also presented papers in various national and international conferences. He has authored a book on ‘Business Law’. His teaching and research areas are in the field of Accounting and Commerce. He has been the Convener / member of advisor committee of various national and international seminar and conferences. Six Ph.D Research Scholars got awarded the degree under his guidance.

Prof. (Dr.) Praveen K. Thakur, B.A. (Hons.) from Ranchi University, Masters of Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, M.Phil from Annamalai University & Ph.D [Management] from Chaudhary Devil Lal University, Sirsa, Haryana; is currently working as Professor & Controller of Examinations, ARKA JAIN University, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand . Previously worked at various prestigious Institutions / Universities of North India like Maharishi Markandeshwar University, Ambala, SGT (Shree Guru Gobind Singh Tricentenary) University, Gurugram, JIMS GROUP, Delhi, Maharaja Agrasen University, Solan, HP in different capacity like Professor, Dean, Controller of Examinations, OSD, Registrar, etc.
Dr. Thakur have strong administrative acumen, solid understanding of academics and a proactive approach to work in an academic system. He has rich experience in teaching, research & administration. Expertise in handling a diverse range of academic and general administrative responsibilities at University / Institutional Level. Well versed with UGC / NAAC / AICTE / PCI / BCI / NCT / MCI / DCI / etc. documentation.
Convener of various Conferences / Seminars / FDPs / Workshops. Successfully handle Technical & Cultural fest as convener. Presented & published papers in the various referred International / National journals / Conferences / seminars.
Headed and acted as members of various Academic, Professional and Research bodies of reputed Universities of Delhi / NCR / Haryana / Himachal Pradesh. His areas of research interest are in the field of HR, specific to Change Management, Industrial Relations, Stress Management, etc.

Dr. Arvind Kumar Pandey is the Head, School of IT at ARKA JAIN University. He is Ph.D. in Computer Science and has more than 25 years of academic, research, administrative and industrial experience. He has published over 40 research papers in reputed National and International Journals. He also has various patents published against his name. He has been convener of various National and International Conferences, Seminars, Workshops and FDPs (Faculty Development Programs) at University/National level. He has headed and has been part of various committees at the University which includes as Chairman – Sports Committee, NCC Coordinator, Chairman – Board of Studies (School of Engineering & IT), Students’ Discipline Cell, Examination cell, etc. Previously worked at various prestigious institutions like APTECH, Tata Steel Associates, etc. He has developed more than 100 projects for different reputed organizations which includes Tata Steel, Uranium Corporation of India, etc. Dr. Pandey has strong administrative insight, strong understanding of academics and a proactive approach to work in an academic system. He has expertise in handling a wide array of academic and general administrative responsibilities which includes discipline at University level.

Dr. Pompi Das Sengupta is Associate Professor and Assistant Dean of B.B.A. and B.Com (H), at the School of Commerce and Management, ARKA JAIN University, Jharkhand. She is a Ph.D., an M.A. (Economics), B.Ed., and U.G.C. N.E.T. qualified. With more than 20 years of rich Academic experience, she has also worked in the area of Cooperative Banking. To her credit, she has attended several National and International seminars and has many research papers in journals. She has presented papers at many national and international conferences, and she was awarded the best paper presenter at an International Conference held at Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida. She has chaired several Conferences as well and has been a resource person in several workshops and FDPs. She has active participation in curriculum designing, conducting several events, and is a member of several committees at the University.

Dr. Sonia Riyat is an Associate Professor and the Head of the Department of Research at ARKA Jain University, Jharkhand. She is Ph.D. from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, UGC-NET (Commerce) qualified, M.Com and MBA (Finance). She has attended teaching summer school on ‘Accounting & Finance’ at IIM, Calcutta. Her research interest is in the areas of Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability Development, Corporate Financial Reporting and Financial Statement Analysis. She has published more than 25 research papers in refereed journals and has presented more than 35 papers in national – international seminars & conferences.

Dr. Rahul Amin (PhD, MMC, MA-Gold Medalist) is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arka Jain University. He is the recipient of UGC sponsored National Research Fellowship (MANF) and under this prestigious fellowship programme he was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Mass Communication from the Assam Central University, Silchar. After the successful completion of the doctoral research programme he joined Central University of Jharkhand, Ranchi and started his teaching profession in the Department of Mass Communication. Dr. Rahul Amin has also international teaching experience in his credit in the field of communication and media studies with the prestigious institution Bayan College affiliated to Purdue University, USA.
He is the Editor in Chief of the newsletter ‘The Impression’. He has authored and published several research articles in his domain. He also supervised several dissertation and other projects of the students for the award of degree. His area of interest is Communication and Media research, Development Communication etc. He has involvements with various committees like Academic Council, Research and Development, IPR & IQAC Cell etc. A part from this Dr. Rahul Amin was nominated as the executive member for the both ‘Court Committee’ and ‘Central Library’ of the Assam Central University. He was also elected twice as Asstt. General Secretary and Vice President for two consecutive terms in the Students’ Union of the Assam University. He has been awarded different endowment prizes, certificates and awards on different fields for his remarkable achievements.

Dr. Charu Wadhwa is an Associate Professor at School of Commerce and Management, ARKA JAIN University, Jharkhand. She is the former ‘HoD & Programme Coordinator-M.B.A.’ at ARKA JAIN University. She is also the ‘Former Director’ of Jain Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (JGI). She also has the experience as the ‘Editor- REFLECTION- The Newsletter of School of Commerce & Management’, AJU.

With 15 plus years of rich experience, she had taught at top B-Schools of the country including X.L.R.I., Jamshedpur; Asia-Pacific Institute of Management, Delhi; Amity University, Noida etc. She is a Ph.D.; M.Phil; U.G.C. N.E.T. Qualified; M.B.A.; B.Com. and C.S. (Foundation). She is an alumnus of Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and technology, and University of Delhi. She has also served as ‘Chairperson-Media Relations’ at Asia-Pacific Institute of Management, Delhi. She has more than 10 Research Papers published in national and International Journals including Scopus, UGC Care Journals, etc. and also published many articles in Newspapers. She has presented various research papers in India and abroad, where-in she has received many awards too. She could be seen as ‘Key note Speaker’ at National and International Conferences. She is the Presiding Officer of Internal Complaints Committee, ARKA JAIN University, Jharkhand.

Dr. Urvashi Thakur, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Commerce and Management, ARKA JAIN University. She has been awarded Ph.D. in Management from KIT School of Management, Bhubaneswar, Odisha on the Topic “Effects of Source Information Quality on Job Expectations and Intentions to Apply for a Job among Fresh MBA Graduates”. She has around 15 years of industry and teaching experience at Graduation and Post- Graduation level. She has completed her MBA with specialisation in Human Resource Management from Devi Ahilya University, Indore, Madhya Pradesh. She has publications in reputed journals. Her area of interest are Workplace diversity, Student Internship, Realistic Job Information and Employee engagement.

Dr. Rupa Sarkar, is the Associate Professor at the Department of English, School of Humanities, at ARKA JAIN University, Jharkhand. She is a Doctorate of Philosophy in English and has been engaged into teaching for the past thirteen years. She has presented many research Papers presented in many National and International Conferences. Her areas of interest and research include- Indian literature, African-American literature and have authored many articles and published many research papers in national and International Journals. Her specialization has been ‘Indian English writers’ for her research. She is the author of the book, ‘The Realistic Image of Indian Women.’, The Untilled Collection: Short Stories and South Asian Literature: Expansions and Explorations. She believes in humanism and is involved in teaching literature passionately. Her research work interests leads to feminism, translation of literature, study of Indian culture and is open to innovative and progressive research thinking.

Dr. Manoj Kumar Pathak is an Associate Professor of English at Department of English, ARKA JAIN University, Jamshedpur (Jharkhand) and a multi-lingual poet, editor, reviewer and translator. His research and academic interest lies in Aesthetics of Narratives, Indian Fiction, Post-colonialism, Indian Philosophy and Literature, and Cultural Studies. He has a teaching experience of nearly 15 years. Dr. Pathak has 10 books of self-composed poetry to his credit in 5 languages other than research papers and conference proceedings and hundreds of poems and articles in news dailies, magazines and newsletters. He has been editing an International Journal of Art, Culture, Language and Literature: The Challenge for the last 18 years. Furthermore, he has been associated with All India Radio, Jamshedpur for the last 21 years to broadcast his self-composed poems and deliver talks on literary themes. Dr. Pathak has been awarded by reputed literary forums for his contributions to creative writings.

Dr. ARUN KUMAR MARANDI, Associate Professor, Department of CS & IT, ARKA JAIN University, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, INDIA. Dr. Marandi has authored and co-authored several national and international publications and works as a reviewer for reputed professional journals. Dr. Marandi has an active association with different societies and academies worldwide. He has received several awards for the contributions to the scientific community. Dr. Marandi has Published 20 research papers in International/ National journals and conferences. Dr. Arun Kumar Marandi’s major research interest involves Software Engineering, Software Quality Improvement, Computer Vision, Computer Networking Security, Mobile Computing with Data-Science and IoT, Supply Chain management, and Cyber Security. He has published one Patent titled “Development of a Central Monitoring Station for an Effective Handling of Patients in Hospitals through AI and Data Science” with application number 202231006036.

Dr. Gurinder Kaur is associated with ARKA Jain University as a Co-Ph.D Supervisor. She is a Ph.D. in the area of Economics and has also qualified U.G.C.- N.E.T. (J.R.F.). She is an M.Sc (Hons.) Economics and B.Sc (Hons.) Economics from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. Presently, she is the Head – Admin & HR of M/s. Sandhu Tubes Pvt. Ltd. She was working with AJU as an Assistant Professor, Member of DRC & UCRC. She possess more than 7 years of teaching experience and 5 plus years of research experience. She has presented research papers in many national and international conferences; and has published research papers in reputed journals. She has specialization in the subjects of Micro Economics, Business Economics, Principles of Economics, Econometrics, International Economics and Research Methodology.

Dr Nikita Shukla, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce and Management, Arka Jain University. She has been awarded Ph.D. in Commerce from Rani Durgawati University, Jabalpur Madhya Pradesh on the Topic “An Analytical Study of Pradhan Mantri Jan DhanYojana- with special reference to Jabalpur District” in the Year 2019. She has 8 years of teaching experience at Graduation and Post- Graduation level. She has done M.Com. and B.Com. in Marketing specialization from Rani Durgawati University, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. She has published 2 Authored Books, 1 Edited Book, 5research papers in Journal and 7 research papers in Edited Books. She has also presented 12 research papers International and National Conferences/Seminars, Workshops. Her research interest is in the areas of Commerce & Management.

Dr. Rajeev Kumar Sinha, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce and Management, ARKA JAIN University. He has been awarded Ph.D. in Management from ARKA JAIN University, Jharkhand on the Topic “Performance Analysis of Growth Mutual Funds & Tax Saving Mutual funds (ELSS0” in the Year 2022. He has 10 years of teaching experience at Graduation and Post- Graduation level. He has done PGDM in Finance from ITM Business School Bangalore and B.Sc. in Chemistry (Hons) from Ranchi University, Ranchi. He has published 16 research papers in Journal and 6 research papers in Edited Books. He has also presented 20 research papers International and National Conferences/Seminars, Workshops. Her research interest is in the areas of Commerce & Management.

Dr. Rama Singh holds the position of Assistant Professor in the School of Commerce and Management at ARKA JAIN University. She earned her Ph.D. in Commerce and Management from ARKA JAIN University, Jharkhand in the year 2022. Her doctoral research was focused in the field of “Green Marketing”. She has completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Globsyn Business School, Kolkata and Bachelor in Information Technology from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal, Karnataka. She has made significant contributions to the academic community, having published 10 research papers in various reputed journals and 4 research papers in edited books. Additionally, she has presented 6 research papers at various international and national conferences/seminars/ workshops. Dr. Rama’s research interests lie in the fields of Marketing Management, Entrepreneurship and application of technology in the field of marketing, reflecting her dedication to exploring and advancing knowledge in these areas.

Dr. Vijyata is a Ph.D from Ranchi University in the field of Management with Marketing as her specialization. She is a mixed blend of person from industry and academia with an experience of 17 years. She has worked with companies like ICICI, Reliance and Dainik Jagran. She has a rich experience of teaching students at undergraduate and post graduate levels in Ranchi University, BIT Mesra, BIT Lalpur and Birsa Agriculture College. She has attended several national and international conferences and published papers in reputed journals. She was board of studies member in Ranchi University, Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University, BIT and BPUT. She has conducted more than 15 knowledge sharing programs, FDP and workshops in different capacities related to research methodology and data analysis.
