JGI Jamshedpur celebrates its 7th Commencement Day, but it’s the first Commencement Day for ARKA JAIN University. ARKA JAIN University the first private University starts its journey from 21st August. The program is held in Rajendra Vidyalaya Auditorium and attended by over 800 guests including students, parents, guests and members of JGI.
The program is graced by Mr. Rajesh Shukla Hon’ble Vice Chairman Jharkhand State Bar Council, Mr. Diwakar Acharya, Chairman/Managing Director of Uranium Corporation of India Limited and Mr. Himanshu Mohan, an IAS officer. The program began with the Ganesh Vandana presented by students of BBA and B.Com second year. Thereafter the guests were presented with bouquets. The guests along with our COO Mr. Amit Srivastava and Principal Dr. Angad Tiwary initiated the program by the lightning of the lamp ceremony.
The achievement of the college and its past journey was shown to the audience through a video presentation. COO, Mr. Amit Srivastava then shared his experience as to how he took up the initiative to set up a college in Jamshedpur and how gradually the dream of having the first private university of Jamshedpur was achieved. He motivated the students to aspire for higher ambitions in life. Motivating words were also shared by Mr. Himanshu Mohan, Mr. Diwakar Acharya and by Mr.Rajesh Shukla. Mementoes were presented to the guests by Principal Sir. A cultural program was showcased by the students and the program ended with vote of thanks.
