He is an HR Professional with over 25 years of experience in the corporate sector in various
managerial roles ranging from frontline executive to the HR Head. He has worked in various
organizations like ICI INDIA LTD (a subsidiary if ICI plc of London, now AKZO NOBEL ),
LARSEN & TOUBRO, Ballarpur Industries Ltd (Thapar Group) & CEMENT
CORPORATION OF GUJARAT . During his tenure with LARSEN & TOUBRO he has had
hands-on experience in implementing the Performance Management System called PAJORR
designed by HR gurus UDAI PAREEK & Dr. T.V RAO. Besides being at the helm of
facilitating the TQM process, he also has unique exposure on integration of the various
quality standards like ISO 9000, 14000, 18000 into a single QMS. He has a very strong
background in disciplinary and Industrial Relations and has carried out several long term
wage settlements in multi-union situations.
