Mr. Sarthak Singh is serving as an Assistant Professor in the School of Health and Allied Sciences, Arka Jain University since April, 2024. He is a faculty in the Department of Pharmacy dealing in subjects like Organic Chemistry and Medicinal Chemistry for students pursuing their undergraduate studies in Pharmacy (both Theory and Practical.) Mr. Sarthak Singh has completed his schooling from an ISC affliated school in Jamshedpur, graduated from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore and pursued his post graduation in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from BIT Mesra, Ranchi. His interests include Phytochemical analysis of Antibacterial Components obtained from medicinally important plants and also works in Synthetic Chemistry. He has also been awarded with a recognition certificate as a Resource Person for delivering sessions on Crystal Field Theory for students enrolled in School of Engineering and IT, Arka Jain University, Jamshedpur and also contributed to the learning sessions in Organic Chemistry in Department of Biotechnology, Arka Jain University, Jamshedpur. He has completed Faculty Development Programs on Sustainable Therapeutics: Harnessing the potential of Synthetic Drugs and Indian Medicinal Plants and also in topics like Transforming Teaching and Research. He has been a participant in sessions entitled, Transient Ischemic Attack and Stroke: A Case-Based Approach and Master’s Certificate Course in Oncology. Currently, he is involved in detailed percolation of knowledge amongst students enrolled in undergraduate studies in Pharmacy on Cancer and Anti-neoplastic agents and also deals in Applied Chemistry for students enrolled in Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics.
