Mr. Sandip Chanda, is an Assistant Professor at School of Law under Arka Jain University.
He has been in Teaching at Aka Jain University from January, 2024. He completed his LL.M.
with First class (Specialisation – Business Law) from Fakir Mohan University, Odisha. He
passed his LL.B. course from Hooghly Mohsin College under The University of Burdwan,
West Bengal and has an MBA degree (Specialisation- Finance) from West Bengal University
of Technology. He passed B.Com (Hons.) from S.A. Jaipuria College, under University of
Calcutta.
Mr. Chanda has taught as an Assistant Professor for Six years in a reputed Law College
under West Bengal State University. He has authored multiple Articles indexed in SCOPUS,
UGC Care, Peer reviewed Journals etc. He has presented papers in few International &
National Conferences. He has been a part of a Design Patent’ inventor.
Moreover Mr. Chanda has practical /Court (which includes Sub-Divisional Courts, District
Courts and High Court at Calcutta, West Bengal ) experience for more than seven years six
months. He dealt with several litigation cases, especially in Civil suits, Matrimonial cases and
also Property Registration matters at several Registry Offices etc.
