Dr. Urvashi Thakur, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Commerce and Management, ARKA JAIN University. She has been awarded Ph.D. in Management from KIIT School of Management, Bhubaneswar, Odisha on the Topic “Effects of Source Information Quality on Job Expectations and Intentions to Apply for a Job among Fresh MBA Graduates”. She has around 15 years of industry and teaching experience at Graduation and Post- Graduation level. She has completed her MBA with specialisation in Human Resource Management from Devi Ahilya University, Indore, Madhya Pradesh. She has publications in reputed journals. Her area of interest are Workplace diversity, Student Internship, Realistic Job Information and Employee engagement.
