Sunita Banerjee – Assistant Professor

Dr. Sunita Banerjee, completed her B.A. LL.B (Hons.) and LLM from Vidyasagar University, West Bengal. She awarded her Ph.D. from Radha Govind University in the subject of Intellectual Property Law. She is an accomplished academician and professional with over 14 years of experience in both academia and the legal profession. She has an extensive publication record that includes 24 peer-reviewed articles, 5 book chapters, and 2 authored books, with her research contributions 4 indexed in reputed platforms such as Scopus (Q1 and Q3), Springer Nature, WOS, and ABDC-listed journals. Her expertise lies in the subject of  Intellectual Property Law, Labour Laws, Business Laws, Contract Laws etc.

Dr. Banerjee has actively participated in the academic community through 12 paper presentations, 24 faculty development programmes, 7 seminars, 94 webinars, and 14 conferences and workshops. She has also guided 30 LLM students for dissertations and supervised 4 Ph.D. research scholars as an assistant guide. Her dedication to legal research and teaching has significantly contributed to advancing knowledge and shaping future legal professionals.
