Dr. Subrato Kumar Dey is a distinguished academic and seasoned professional with over 22 years of experience in both the corporate and academic sectors. He currently serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Management at ARKA JAIN University, Jharkhand. Dr. Dey holds a Ph.D. in Management (Marketing), an MBA in Marketing Management, and an M.Phil. in Marketing Management from Nagpur University. He is an approved faculty member under RTM Nagpur University and possesses extensive expertise in Marketing Management, Brand Management, Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, and Strategic Planning. Additionally, he has published numerous research papers in national and international journals, and his work includes a patent in his area of specialization. Dr. Dey also produced a doctorate, Dr. M. Viswanath, who completed a Ph.D. on the topic “Factors Influencing the Prescribing Behaviour of Medicines by Doctors: A Study on Anti-Allergic Drugs in and around Hyderabad, India.”

Dr. Dey’s career spans significant industry roles in renowned organizations such as Wigan and Leigh College India Ltd., Merittrac Skill Assessment Company, Bangalore, and Global Talent Track, Pune. He has also had a prominent academic career, serving as a faculty member in various prestigious institutions, including DAMS, GS College of Commerce (Bajaj Group) in Wardha, Maharashtra, ITM University Raipur, Chhattisgarh, Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences in Indore, and ICFAI University in Jharkhand.
