Dr. Sharma is an M.Phil in English Literature and has earned her Doctorate in Middle East Literature and currently working as Assistant Professor at Arka Jain University. Her area of expertise includes Women’s Writing, British Literature, Post Colonial Literature, Soft Skills Training, Communication Skills and Personality Development. She believes in nurturing not just academic excellence but also interpersonal growth, helping students become confident communicators and lifelong learners.
