Dr. Nikita Shukla, is an Associate Professor of Commerce and Management in Arka Jain University, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. She passed M.Com. in 2015 and was awarded Ph.D. Degree in the year 2019 from Rani Durgavati University, Jabalpur. She has 10 years of Teaching Experience and 6 years of Research Experience. She has published 01 Patent, 17 papers in various journals including Scopus and Peer Reviewed, 09 Books in her credit- 5 Authored Books and 4 Edited Books published by National and International Publishers. She has presented 19 papers at various National and International level seminars/conferences sponsored by Government Agencies. She has also received an Innovative Teaching Award by Asian Council of Education and Research recognised by the Government Agencies. She specializes “Managerial Economics” and “Marketing Management”.
