Dr. Charu Wadhwa – Assistant Director (CCHRD), Associate
Professor

Dr. Charu Wadhwa, is the Assistant Director at Centre for Capacity Building and
Human Resource Development, ARKA JAIN University, Jamshedpur, which is a
‘NAAC A Graded University’. She is also an Associate Professor at School of
Commerce and Management, ARKA JAIN University, Jamshedpur. She is also the
Member, University Central Research Committee and Member, Department
Research Committee at School of Commerce and Management, ARKA JAIN
University, Jamshedpur. She is also the Presiding Officer, Internal Complaints
Committee and also heads the Women Cell, at ARKA JAIN University, Jamshedpur.
With 17+ years of rich experience into Academics, Research and Training, she
specializes in the areas of Marketing and Communication Skills. She has received
many Awards at National and International level. One of her recent award includes
the award by Government of India, for being the winner of ‘Salute Her Shakti
campaign’ by Bank of Baroda. This award was given by World Badminton
Champion, Ms. P.V. Sindhu. She is a Trainer specialized in Soft Skills, Behavioral
Skills, Team building skills, etc. She has authored more than 20 Research Papers,
presented and published at national and International levels.
