Mr. Anshu Kumar is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the School of Law,
ARKA Jain University. He is presently pursuing his Ph.D. in Criminal Law at the
National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL), Ranchi. He holds an LL.M.
with a specialization in Criminal Law from the Central University of South Bihar and
completed his LL.B. from the prestigious Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi.
With a strong academic foundation and a keen research interest in criminal law, Mr. Kumar
has contributed several research papers published in reputed journals indexed in UGC
CARE, ABDC, and other recognized platforms. Additionally, he is the inventor of a design
patent titled "AI Enabled System for Legal Data Management", reflecting his
commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
