On Friday, March 15th, 2019, Department of Commerce and Management, UG & PG of ARKA JAIN University had organized an Investors’ Awareness Programme in joint collaboration with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.

The occasion was graced with the esteemed presence of the dignitaries of ICSI, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Dr. S.S. Razi, Dean of Commerce and Management – Dr. Angad Tiwary, the Faculties and Students of ARKA JAIN University.

CS S.S. Dhanjal, Chairman, Jamshedpur Chapter of ICSI was the Chief Guest while CS Surojit Bhumij, Company Secretary & Chief Financial Officer of Adityapur Toll Bridge Company Limited and Member of Managing Committee, ICSI was the Guest of Honor.

The motive of Investors’ Awareness Programme was to guide the students and staff regarding investment opportunities in Insurance, Banking and various other Govt. schemes and to make them aware about their rights and protection available to them under various laws. Students of M.B.A, M.Com, B.B.A. and B.Com, were present at the event.

The event was lead by was Senior Lecturer CS Jigar Rupani and coordinated by Mr. Abhishek Upadhyay, Faculty of Commerce & Management.
