ARKA JAIN University, Jharkhand along with IIT Kharagpur organized the program called EAD, Entrepreneurship Awareness Drive. Eminent speakers from different fields graced the occasion. Students from different colleges too attended the program The event was held in Rajendra Vidyalaya Auditorium. There were more than 700 students from different colleges along with our own Arka Jain University students. A press conference was organized wherein the speakers briefed the press on the topics of their presentation. The guests were presented with bouquets after which the lamp lighting ceremony was held. The programme began with the welcome speech. The keynote speaker was Mr. Tarun Mullick, (MD. Clubbcart International Pvt. Ltd). He was followed by Mr. Ravi Todi (MD. Shrachi Group). Mr. Ravish Ranjan (Founder, POD n Beyond) and Mr. Uday Dhir (MD, VAS Tribology Solution Pvt, Ltd). The speakers shared their experiences and spoke on Start Ups, Use of Technology in Startups, as well as on the qualities of an Entrepreneur. It was a unique experience for the students to listen to so many distinguished people. The students learnt the different technicalities involved in starting a business venture. From real life experiences of the speakers they got to know the struggles and hardships involved in the life of an entrepreneur.
