Prof. Shilpa J is an accomplished academician with over 14 years & 5 months of teaching experience in the field of Pediatric Nursing. Holding a M.Sc. in Pediatric Nursing, She has been a passionate educator and mentor, shaping the careers of nursing students with dedication and compassion. She is also a Ph.D. scholar, currently pursuing her doctoral research to further contribute to academic excellence and evidence-based nursing practice.
She has served as a Counsellor for Nursing Students for 12 years and is an active member of the SNAI (Student Nurses’ Association of India) Advisor for the last 8 years, providing academic, emotional, and professional guidance to students. Currently, holds the position of Vice Principal, managing administrative responsibilities for the past 1 year and 9 months with leadership and efficiency.
