I am currently serving as an Assistant Professor in Finance and Economics at ARKA Jain University, Jamshedpur. I hold a Ph.D. in Commerce and have qualified UGC-NET in the same. With over fifteen years of academic experience, I have taught a variety of courses in finance, macroeconomics, and business analytics. My research interests include financial technology, corporate governance, and economic development, and I actively participate in national and international conferences. I have also contributed to curriculum design, institutional quality initiatives, and faculty development programmes. My recent research was presented at the prestigious ICFMCF 2025 at IIT Kharagpur. My student-centric approach and interdisciplinary mindset, with a combination of theory with practice, I aim to foster innovation and critical thinking in classrooms. I am also continuously engaged in professional learning through platforms like AICTE, NPTEL, and FDPs.
