Two faculties of ARKA JAIN UNIVERSITY attended a conference on Social Enclave at XLRI. It was organised by XLRI students under the leadership of Prof. Madhukar Shukla on 9th and 10th February. Sudeshna Sarkar and Shreya Roy attended this two day seminar. It was a knowledge sharing platform as well and an opportunity to listen to different eminent speakers.

The speakers were experts in their respective fields who gave an insight into sustainable development and growth. Mr. Sourav Roy, head of CSR Tata Steel spoke about contributions of TATA in Jamshedpur in creating a sustainable environment.Dr. Poornima Dore spoke about the difficulties in collection of data. The other prominent speakers were Anita Ahuja and Nalini Shekhar.

The event ended with distribution of certificates.
