The International Student Cell facilitates academic coordination and provides dedicated assistance to international students before arrival, during admission, and throughout their studies at the University.

  1. Submit your application online through the University’s Admission Portal.
  2. Eligible applicants receive a Provisional Admission Offer Letter.
  3. Obtain a valid Student Visa endorsed for ARKA JAIN University.
  4. Arrive at least one week before commencement of classes.
  5. Email your travel itinerary to the Admission Office and International Student Cell.
  6. Submit all required documents at reporting.
  7. Complete eFRRO registration within 14 days of arrival.

  1. Submit photocopies of required documents.
  2. University completes institutional registration (Form II).
  3. Students complete eFRRO registration within 14 days.
  4. Submit Form III (C Form) within 24 hours of arrival.

Before You Arrive

  • Receive your Provisional Admission Letter
  • Obtain a valid Student Visa
  • Share travel details with the University

After Arrival

  • Complete hostel check-in (if applicable)
  • Attend orientation programme
  • Obtain University ID Card

  • Begin academic registration

Code of Conduct for International Students

All international students at ARKA JAIN University are expected to uphold the highest standards of academic integrity, personal responsibility, and respect for the University’s values and the laws of India.

Students are required to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws of India, University regulations, policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain valid passport, visa, FRRO/eFRRO registration, and all other immigration documents throughout their period of study.
  • Uphold academic integrity by avoiding plagiarism, cheating, fabrication of information, and examination malpractice.
  • Respect the dignity, culture, religion, nationality, gender, language, and beliefs of every member of the University community.
  • Maintain discipline, courtesy, and responsible behaviour both on and off campus.
  • Observe the University’s Anti-Ragging Policy and refrain from any form of ragging, bullying, harassment, discrimination, or intimidation.
  • Protect University property and use campus facilities responsibly.
  • Inform the International Student Cell of any change in residential address, contact details, academic status, health condition, passport, or visa status.
  • Refrain from accepting employment, internships, or paid assignments that are not permitted under the conditions of the Student Visa or Government of India regulations.
  • Avoid participation in political activities or any activity prohibited under Indian law.
  • Follow hostel regulations, campus safety guidelines, and emergency procedures.
  • Cooperate with University authorities and Government agencies whenever required for regulatory compliance.

Non-compliance with University regulations or Government requirements may result in disciplinary action, suspension of University privileges, cancellation of enrolment, or reporting to the appropriate statutory authorities, including FRRO/MHA, wherever applicable.
