Dr. Rama Singh is an Associate Professor at the School of Commerce and Management, ARKA JAIN University, Jharkhand. She holds a Ph.D. in Management and brings over a decade of industry experience in business development and customer relationship management. Her academic expertise lies in Marketing, Organizational Behavior, E-Commerce, Research Methodology, Entrepreneurship Development, Business Information Systems and Strategic Management. An active researcher, Dr. Singh has published several papers in reputed journals including Web of Science, Scopus, Emerald, ABDC and UGC CARE listed journals.
She is currently supervising four Ph.D. scholars and her research interests include consumer behavior, green marketing, MARTECH, AI, Digital Marketing and Supply Chain Management. She has presented more than 15 papers at international conferences, Authored one text book, edited two books and conducted workshops on research methodology, data analysis and digital marketing. Dr. Singh is dedicated to fostering academic excellence through impactful research and innovative teaching.
