Mukesh Kumar Sharma is an Assistant Professor at Arka Jain University, Jharkhand, with over 13 years of teaching experience in reputed engineering colleges and universities. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and an M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering . Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. in Production and Industrial Engineering from NIT Jamshedpur.

His research interests lie in Industrial Management , where he is actively engaged in exploring innovative frameworks and strategies for enhancing industrial efficiency and sustainability. With a strong academic foundation and practical insights, he continues to contribute to teaching, research, and guiding students in the field of engineering and management.
