Mrs. Sagarika Barik is a Assistant Professor at the School of Nursing, Arka Jain University, Jharkhand, an institution that has achieved NAAC Grade A accreditation. The University was established in 2017 through the ARKA JAIN University Act by the Jharkhand State Legislature and has received recognition from the UGC. Mrs. Barik’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Utkal University, Odisha, and a Master of Science in Nursing from Government College of Nursing, Veer Surendra Sai Institute of Medical Sciences and Research University, Sambalpur, Odisha. She has also obtained certification in simulation training from the INC and possesses 8 years of experience in nursing education, with expertise in curriculum development, student mentorship, and research guidance for undergraduate and postgraduate nursing students.
