Dr. Ankita Singh is an Assistant Professor at Arka Jain University, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India. She has 9 years of experience in teaching, research, and administration. She has completed her Ph.D. from NIT Jamshedpur. Her area of research is Organizational Behavior. Her research interests center around General Management, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Sciences, and Psychology. She has presented, published, and reviewed research papers from eminent arenas of her domain in reputed journals. Industry research and book editing are among her accomplishments. She attended and organized short term courses, workshops, FDPs, and MDPs. In addition to teaching and research, she has served as the Program Coordination for the Department of Commerce. She received best paper award by School of Engineering & IT, Arka Jain University in the year 2020.
