Dr. Chanchal Mandal is currently working as Assistant Professor at Arka Jain University, Jharkhand. He is a Commerce Graduate from University of Nagpur; a Master’s in Human Resource Management from ICFAI University, Hyderabad and also pursued his PGDM in Finance from Institute for Integrated Learning in Management, Greater Noida. He recently completed his PhD in Management in the domain of investment behavior from Arka Jain University, Jharkhand.

Prior to joining academics he has worked in Indian firms and MNCs of repute , having gained working exposure in the diverse domains of recruitment, market & business research, investment banking back office operations, tax consulting and financial research.

His areas of interests in teaching include: Banking, Financial Services, Security Analysis, Financial Management, Cost Accounting, Business Ethics, Capital Markets, Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship Development and General Management subjects.

He takes keen interest in teaching, research and writing. He has till date authored 6 research papers which were successfully presented in National and International Conferences. He has also been actively publishing research papers in Scopus and ABDC journals and also wrote edited book chapters in several books. He is a Lifetime Member of the National HRD Network.
