Sameera Fatima is an accomplished academician with a strong foundation in law. She
pursued BBA LL.B from New Law College, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University
(BVDU), Maharashtra, and LL.M in International Law from ILS Law College, Savitribai
Phule Pune University (SPPU), Maharashtra. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Law
from the National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL), Jharkhand. In addition
to her academic qualifications, she holds diplomas in Taxation Law and Alternative
Dispute Resolution Mechanism from BVDU, as well as a diploma in Legislative Drafting
from SPPU, further enhancing her legal expertise.
She serves as an Assistant Professor of Law, bringing a wealth of experience in academia,
legal research, and scholarly publications. In recognition of her dedication to teaching and
academic excellence, she was honoured with the "Teaching Excellence Award" in 2024. In
addition to her academic credentials, she also possesses industry exposure, enriching her
practical understanding of the legal landscape. Since 2023, she has been associated with Arka
Jain University, contributing actively to its academic and institutional development.
