Dr. Archita Dash, Assistance Professor & Programme Coordinator, School of Law, Arka Jain
University. Dr. Archita joined in this university in March 2022. She has completed her PhD
from National University Study and Research in Law, Ranchi on the topic of “Migrant
Labour in the state of Jharkhand A Socio Legal study”. LLM from North Odisha
University, Baripada. Her areas of expertise includes Civil Procedure Code, Transfer of
property, Labour and Industrial Law Constitutional Law, Company law, Arbitration,
Cancellation and Mediation and Criminal Law She has Completed BA LLB (HONS.) from
University Law College, Utkal University.
Dr. Archita has published several Articles in reputed law journals and also presented papers
in National and International Conference. She is actively involved in legal Aid initiatives and
coordinate Moot Court activities.
Before entering academics she practised in District and sessions court Khurda handling
matters related to property disputes and family matters.
