Ms. Sabrina Roy Chaudhary is an Assistant Professor at
the School of Law, Arka Jain University, where she has been an integral part of the academic
community since 2022. She holds a BA LL.B. degree with a specialization in Energy Laws
from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun, and an LL.M. in
Technology and Law from Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU), Raipur. She is
currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Cyber law from the National University of Study and
Research in Law (NUSRL), Ranchi. Ms. Roy Chaudhary’s primary areas of interest include
Cyber law and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). Her academic contributions have been
recognized with several accolades, including the Best Paper Award for her work titled Right
to be Forgotten by the White Black Legal International Law Journal and the Catalyst Award
from Arka Jain University for her contributions to the NAAC process.
