Dr. Roychand Chenraj, born on July 7, 1961, is a celebrated Indian educationist, entrepreneur, angel investor, and philanthropist with over four decades of transformative contributions. As the Founder Chairman of the JAIN Group and Chancellor of JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Bengaluru, and ARKA JAIN University, Jharkhand, Dr. Chenraj has been a driving force in reshaping education in India.

In 1990, he laid the cornerstone of excellence with the establishment of Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College in Bengaluru. Today, the JAIN Group of Institutions (JGI) has expanded to include over 77 institutions, nurturing 75,000 students, employing 10,000 staff, and incubating 50 companies, resulting in 100 successful entrepreneurs.
