The Annual Blood Donation camp was organized in the university campus on 19th February, 2019. A total of 165 units of blood were collected. The camp was organized in joint association with the Indian Welfare Society. The Chief Guest for the occasion was Mr. Chandan Kumar Sinha (IPS), SP – Seraikela and Special Guests were Mr. Mohan Lal Roy, Ex-Commissioner – Kolhan cum Patron Indian Welfare Society and Mr. A. N. Dey, Civil Surgeon – Seraikela. They motivated the students who had volunteered to donate blood and also briefed the gathering about the benefits of blood donation. Like every year the students and staff of the university were very excited about the event and participated whole heartedly. Before the start of the camp, a short skit was performed to educate the students about the basics of blood donation.

This blood donation camp was dedicated as homage to the martyred soldiers of CRPF in the Pulwama attack.
