RATAN KUMAR SINGH, Sr. Lecturer in ARKA JAIN University, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand has been Graduated in Mathematics and Post-graduated in Statistics from Bhagalpur University, Bihar.

He has worked as Ad-hoc lecturer in the Deptt. of Statistics, G. S. College for Women, Jamshedpur, a constituent unit of Ranchi University for 23 years.
He was a part-time lecturer in Mathematics at Govt. Polytechnique, Adityapur, Jamshedpur for 3 years and then part-time lecturer in Mathematics at G. S. College for Women, Jamshedpur under Jharkhand Academic Council, Ranchi for 5 years.

He has keen interest in Statistical Surveys including data collection work and its complete analysis
