CS Jigar Rupani is a qualified Company Secretary and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He did his Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from Sydenham College of Commerce (Mumbai University) & Bachelor of Law (L.L.B.) from Government Law College (Mumbai University). He has completed his Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from Nagpur University and is presently pursuing Ph.D in Commerce from Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi. He has a teaching experience of around 6 years and corporate experience of around 3 years. He has been associated with various academic institutions as Faculty and has worked for various corporate houses like Tata group, Indiabulls, Blue Star etc. As a research scholar, he has published many research papers and attended conferences related to his research topic – “Corporate Social Responsibility. His area of specialization is Accountancy, Law and Finance.
