The School of Health & Allied Science is synonymous with imparting quality theoretical and practical education and is committed towards preparing professionals in the fields of allied healthcare, optometry and biotechnology through diverse undergraduate programs.

The emphasis is on interactive teaching-learning process through tutorials, presentations, demonstrations and discussions.

The School aims towards facilitating excellent career opportunities and creating the next generation of talented workforce. The core objective of the school is to facilitate the dissemination of industry-ready course curricula to the students; leading to advanced learners, educators and entrepreneurs who can take care of people as well as the planet.

The School regularly organizes workshops, conferences and seminars, many of them sponsored by national & international agencies, with a view to improve the science-based acumen.

The final and fourth year is dedicated to on-site training for the four-year programs B Optometry and B Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology, Anaesthesia & Operation Theatre Technology and Emergency Medical Technology wherein the students undertake training in clinics, hospitals, healthcare centres and similar professional settings so as to apply the theoretical inputs which they learnt during the first three years of the program.
