The Department of Management offers a two-year, AICTE-approved Master of Business Administration for students preparing to lead in a changing business world. The program combines academic study, industry exposure, and real-world learning.
The MBA runs over four semesters. Students build domain expertise through dual specialisations in Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, and Family Business & Entrepreneurship.
Teaching is practical and supported by links with industry, recruiters, and practitioners. The Department is a life member of the Association of Indian Management Schools, and the program follows NEP 2020.
The MBA is a two-year, AICTE-approved postgraduate program awarded by ARKA JAIN University, Jharkhand. It is designed so students can transform their skill sets and build expertise in a specialisation of their choice.
Admission requires a bachelor's degree of at least three years, with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for reserved categories), and a valid score in CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, AJUCET, or CUET.
Students choose dual specialisations from Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, and Family Business & Entrepreneurship. The combination lets graduates apply contemporary management skills in more than one business function.
Academic learning is paired with hands-on work. Strong links with industry, recruiters, and practitioners keep the curriculum current and connected to managerial roles.
